This story was shot at the historical Ginger Bread home of Patrice Pamphile, built in the 19th century. During this time in Port au Prince, there's a wave of ornate architecture, taking a bit of style from New Orleans and a bit of European style, Gingerbread houses stared to be built by the city's nobility. This is one of the few that has survived all those years and the earthquake of January twelfth.
